Outreach programs actively engage with communities, fostering connections and promoting mental health support. Through events and collaborations, we aim to break raise awareness, and provide a helping hand to those in need. 

Addressing homelessness, food insecurity, and housing instability, works to provide essential resources, support, and advocacy. With collaborative and community engagement, we strive to alleviate these pressing challenges 

 Peer-to-peer mentorship at Support Over Stigma offers a platform for individuals to connect, share experiences, and provide mutual support. Through this empowering network, we foster understanding, empathy, and personal growth, creating a community where everyone's journey is valued and uplifted. 

 Support Over Stigma's Midwest Military Partnerships forge meaningful connections within the military community. Through shared experiences, events, and resources, we create a supportive network that enhances well-being and camaraderie among service members, veterans, and their loved ones. 

Steps of Strength is Support Over Stigma's annual walk or stair climb event that holds deep symbolism as it represents the journey each Military Member, Veteran, and First Responder must take to restore their mental well-being, overcoming  and the haunting effects of PTSD and Critical Incident Stress.
