Welcome to Steps of Strength: an exhilarating annual event where compassion transforms into action!
At Support Over Stigma, we're turning strides into symbols of power and determination. This event is a rallying cry to create a powerful symbol of resilience and determination while promoting inclusivity and understanding. Picture this: each lap around the trail is a victory, mirroring the steps one takes to overcomes their service related mental health challenges. It's a call to surpass your own limits, a declaration of the boundless strength and fortitude required to conquer adversity.
Steps of Strength is a celebration of community, a showcase of unity, and an embodiment of empowerment. Together, we're shedding light on the profound impact of stigmatization on mental well-being, propelling society to confront and dismantle the barriers faced by those with health conditions. Our mission is clear: let's forge a culture of unwavering support, let's illuminate the path to healing, and let's equip our nation's heroes with the tools they need. With Steps of Strength, we're charging towards a future where Military, Veteran, and First Responder suicides are a thing of the past.
